What is the delivery time?

We will pack and ship the orders within 48 hours (mo – fri). After that the approximate delivery time will be:

Netherlands: 1 – 2 working days
Belgium: 2 – 3 working days
Rest of Europe: 2 – 5 working days

What are the shipping costs?

In the Netherlands we have free shipment. For other countries we would kindly ask you to check our shippingcalculator.

By what courier will the order be shipped?

We send all of our orders with PostNL. All orders within The Netherlands will be provided with Track & Trace.

How long will it take for my Fresh Goggle to arrive?

All orders placed before 16.00 will be handled the same day. Depending on where the Fresh Goggle needs te be shipped to it will take between 2-5 working days for the ski or snowboard goggles to arrive.

Can I return my order?

If you ordered from The Netherlands you have a 14-day money back guarantee. You will get the order amount back within 14 days excl. the shipping costs.

Is there a guaranty on the goggles?

Yes. We offer one year guaranty on all goggles.
